Interested in Becoming an Outward Bound Facilitator?
Approximately every two years, we look for new freelance Outward Bound facilitators to join our outdoor fieldwork team. Think this could be something for you? We’d love to hear from you!
What you need to do:
Send us your motivation letter and CV.
We’ll keep your information on file for up to one year. If we’re looking for new trainers during that time, you’ll automatically be included in the selection process.
A number of candidates will be invited for one or more interviews.
Finally, 2 to 4 candidates will begin the training to become an Outward Bound trainer.
