WHAT'S NEXT?

After registration, one of the trainers will contact you for an intake interview – possibly together with your N+1 or HR coach. If you have any specific concerns or points of attention, you can always share them in advance.

Before the outdoor module, we will also provide you with a list of items to bring. However, there is no need to purchase anything special. Please bring comfortable clothing suited to Belgian weather and sturdy (waterproof) hiking shoes. All other outdoor equipment will be available at the Outward Bound Center.

Prior to the start, you will also be asked to complete a health questionnaire. This allows us to take into account any physical and/or mental limitations and adapt the program accordingly. Of course, this information will be treated confidentially.
