Outward Bound_®

‘Outward Boundâ’ is a sailing term. It is the flag, which is hoisted by the captain when he knows that his ship and crew are ready to leave the safety of the harbor and venture upon the open sea. To be ‘Outward Bound’ is to be involved in a process of movement, explora­tion and change.

These days, ‘Outward Bound_®’ is primarily recognized as the name of the international organization specialized in outdoor devel­opment training, where adventurous activities are used to create opportunities for personal and interpersonal development.

Our focus is on people who wish to learn and grow, whether on a team or professional level (teambuilding and team development, coaching, leadership, personal effectiveness) or on a personal level (personal growth, relational competence).

Based on the philosophy of experiential learning, we work on these objectives via tailored activities in an outdoor framework. Skilled process facilitation during debrief sessions ensures the learning outcomes.
